The Wild Kitchen

Bringing the Kent coastal landscape onto the plate and nature into our dinning rooms, wild food is gathered from the seashore, cliff tops and meadows.

Foods you have probably never eaten before; wild berries, foraged molluscs and rare lichens are creatively tranformed by Lucia Stuart, a chef of 25 years who owned a cafe/restaurant in rural France.

Our dinning room changes according to the season.
